About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a a GRT Credit Product Sales Director to lead the strategic growth and delivery of Global Receivables & Trade (GRT) solutions within Commercial Banking. This role will drive product strategy and sales execution across Mid Corporate and Middle Market Banking segments, with a focus on traditional trade, Supplier Finance, and Key Account Purchasing (KAP) transactions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in secured or specialized lending, a strong leadership background, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams, deliver complex financial solutions, and influence senior stakeholders across the organization
In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of management or leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:
Successful business leader, experienced in leading large-scale cross-functional teams, with proven record of delivering change with high impact resultsStrong collaborative leadership style and ability to increase effectiveness and performance by assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring, and appraising resultsDemonstrated success in developing and executing on a strategic vision, corresponding business goals, and leading a complex business to achieve financial goalsAbility to set expectations, communicate and ensure team member alignment with overall business strategies and operational alignment with Wells Fargo risk appetiteOutstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to communicate clearly and concisely to an audience that includes clients/prospects, staff, and senior managementProven expertise in the leadership of originating, structuring, negotiating and closing commercial lending transactions, asset based or otherwiseStrong credit acumen honed through extensive transaction expertise, formal credit training, underwriting experience or otherwise
