Revenue generation position responsible for strategy and execution via direct and indirect resources for four core areas: • Demand Generation (integrated marketing campaign management, social media & events/trade shows. • Digital & Creative (Brand management, User Experience, Content Quality & Consistency). • eCommerce (Merchandising, Product Selection & Fulfillment). • Internal and external communications Execution of the strategy will be accomplished via a combination of direct report and indirect resources both internal and external. The ability to work through collaboration and leadership will be the key drivers to successful execution of the strategies. Position reports to the Group Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Essential Functions: Owns the Global Group Digital Marketing, Branding, Communications and eBusiness strategy. Innovates business improvements by applying Lean principles to marketing processes resulting in improved lead generation, improved engagement via internal communications, and improved marketing return on investment. New Product Launch – Build a framework for divisions and coordinate top new product launches to ensure commercial success. Group accountability for interactive media including Parker.com, MyParker/PHConnect, CRM, CMS, PIM, marketing automation, web analytics, and other digital capabilities supported by the corporation. Partner with Corporate Director of eBusiness and VP of Information Technology to balance immediate and long-term interactive media needs to meet critical business objectives. Develop global group promotion strategy for focus markets and product platforms utilizing digital tools, trade shows and other customer events. Execute the promotional campaign to drive global growth. Collaborate with global customers and build relationships to gain knowledge of future digital content market trends and needs. Customer Experience - Ensures the accuracy and utilization of the company’s website capabilities by tracking and analyzing user trends, researching user preferences, best practices and new technology capabilities and utilizing digital and tools that actively support the company’s goals to attract and retain customers and increase customer satisfaction. Stays current with digital marketing and eCommerce trends by participating in external industry forums and actively incorporating new ideas. Participates in a community of best practice sharing for digital marketing throughout the corporation. + Four-year degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred. + Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 10 or more years of increased responsibility. + Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization with direct reports and indirect resources. + Proven leadership skills to manage team to maximize potential, a change agent for success. + Demonstrated understanding of marketing tools, concepts and strategies. + Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing tools to drive growth. + Solid knowledge of program/project management disciplines. + Strong facilitation skills. + Creative, able to see macro level and digest into tactical plans of execution. + Willingness to travel 25% of the time. Secondary Qualifications: + Experience with International Relations; demonstrated success in creating and deploying global initiatives. + Demonstrated understanding of budgeting processes and procedures. + Ability to effectively and persuasively present information to top management, customers and senior executives.
