Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and execution of growth projects, including digital, partnerships, and customer engagement activities.

Collaborate effectively with regional and country leadership, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Facilitate cross-functional workshops and sessions to share findings, evaluate options, define solutions, and develop associated business cases.

Conduct market research and analysis on critical business problems, including market dynamics, customer behavior, unmet needs, and best-practice case studies

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in commercial market metrics. Develop and present data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare, or related field).

Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other data analysis tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to work effectively in diverse and high-performing teams.

Highly organized and efficient; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
