DescriptionMimeo Photos, a leading global photo book and printed keepsakes brand, is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven. Growth Marketing Manager to scale our digital marketing efforts and drive measurable growth across the full customer journey.  As part of a high-performance marketing team, you'll play a critical role in accelerating customer acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels, and improving retention through data-informed decision-making.
This is a highly collaborative role for a growth marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment and is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves in platforms as they are building strategy. You’ll balance ownership of paid media and CRO with CRM operations, analytics, and prospecting to support both our DTC and B2B initiatives.

This role requires a growth-focused mindset with strong analytical acumen, attention to detail, and fluency in paid media, data analysis, and marketing automation platforms. You'll work closely with content, design, and product teams to bring campaigns to life and drive real business results.

 
 

Key ResponsibilitiesAcquisition Strategy & Channel Management Manage and optimize paid media campaigns for acquisition across key platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Identify and evaluate emerging channels to expand reach and drive qualified traffic Develop creative, data-informed strategies to generate leads and accelerate growth Collaborate with internal teams to produce and test high-performing ad creative Ensure campaigns meet or exceed performance targets (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Optimize landing pages, marketing funnels, and creative assets to maximize ROI Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to validate hypotheses and increase conversion rates Analyze drop-off points and improve mid- to lower-funnel performance Partner with design and UX to implement impactful changes that reduce friction and improve user experience Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and HubSpot Produce monthly and ad hoc reports with actionable insights for stakeholders across marketing, product, and leadership teams Establish, track, and refine KPIs to measure the effectiveness of acquisition and growth initiatives Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting sources CRM Operations & Audience Targeting Own CRM management and ensure accurate segmentation, automation workflows, and list hygiene Improve lifecycle marketing strategies, including lead nurturing, re-engagement, and retention Align CRM campaigns with marketing objectives to support both DTC and B2B audience growth Leverage HubSpot to build custom reports and optimize lifecycle communications Referral Program & Customer Engagement Design and manage customer referral programs to increase word-of-mouth acquisition Plan and execute customer surveys and feedback loops to inform marketing strategies Use insights from customer engagement to tailor incentive programs and messaging Cold Prospecting & B2B Growth Build and manage outbound email campaigns for Mimeo Photos' B2B customer segment Research and develop prospect lists using platforms like Apollo, Woodpecker, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Create tailored outreach sequences and track performance (opens, replies, lead quality)

  


Skills Knowledge & Expertise
3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, CRM, or demand generation Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns across various platforms Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Looker, and HubSpot Proficiency in lifecycle marketing tools and CRM systems; HubSpot experience required Experience with cold prospecting tools and outbound B2B email campaigns Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and marketing funnels Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, creative, product and customer service teams Detail-oriented, experiment-driven, and results-focus Passion for photography, design, and storytelling Experience in DTC or B2B2C brand marketing environments Familiarity with ecommerce and photo customization industries Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lead nurturing best practices Experience with marketing automation platforms, referral systems, and outbound tools
