Job Summary:
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be the marketing champion for GardaWorld Security Africa, owning the execution of full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Africa, you will be responsible for aligning content, email marketing, SEO, paid media, and digital sales strategies with the business unit’s priorities and sales objectives.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a results-driven approach to campaign management. You will collaborate closely with Global marketing, sales, content, and analytics teams to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline development and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Business Unit’s Marketing Strategy & Execution: In collaboration with Global marketing, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to BU-specific goals, target audiences, and revenue objectives. Drive inbound and outbound strategies by developing, maintaining, and executing a quarterly demand generation plan. Lead Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Oversee awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment between content, email marketing, and paid media. Collaborate with Sales: Partner with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support sales enablement and pipeline growth. Align with Performance Marketing & Digital Content: Work closely with paid media, SEO, and content teams to optimize campaign performance and maximize lead quality. Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Initiatives: Develop and execute targeted ABM programs to accelerate engagement with high-value accounts. Measure & Optimize Campaign Performance: Leverage marketing analytics, attribution models, and real-time dashboards to track campaign impact and refine strategies. Support Business Unit-Specific Initiatives: Adapt and execute corporate marketing initiatives specific to your BU’s audience, industry, and growth strategy. Support GardaWorld Security Africa’s marketing team: Lead and support Africa’s marketing team, ensuring effective people management, resource allocation, strategic alignment, and high-performance execution.

Accountability:
The Growth Marketing Manager is accountable to the Marketing Manager, Africa, for their responsibilities stated in this job description. These responsibilities will be monitored and managed through the mid-year and annual performance review and supported through the monitoring of their KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign execution, or demand generation. Proven experience in full-funnel marketing, including lead nurturing, paid media, and sales alignment. Strong background in account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise-level pipeline acceleration strategies. Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines. Analytical mindset, with experience in multi-touch attribution, campaign analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
