In this role, you will be responsible for owning the CRM program for AI Premium subscriptions, as part of Google One. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM marketer to lead our email marketing efforts. You will have a proven track record of developing and executing life-cycle email campaigns that drive user engagement and conversion. You will possess strong investigative skills to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. Plan, create, and implement engaging email campaigns that nurture leads, drive conversions, subscriptions, and drive winback efforts. + Build and segment audiences. Utilize data to create audience segments for personalized email communications across our users life-cycle. + Measure, analyze and socialize campaign performance, track key email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns through A/B testing efforts. + Drive impact on North Star business metrics. Align email marketing efforts with key business goals, such as increasing free trials, paid subscriptions. + Develop and implement email marketing strategy. Create a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with Google One/Gemini Advanced overall marketing objectives.
