As a **Growth Marketer** , your mission is to activate users and boost engagement in the Pampers Loyalty Program. This high-impact role gives you end-to-end ownership of key campaigns—from spotting opportunities in data to planning A/B tests and launching CRM journeys across email, push, and in-app. **What** **you’ll** **do as a Growth Marketer?** You will collaborate closely with our data analyst, campaign manager, and creative team to move users through the app’s onboarding and engagement journey using a range of tools including email marketing, push notifications, in-app messages, and more. + **Opportunity Discovery through Data** **:** Lead the identification of growth opportunities by exploring user behavior data. Collaborate closely with the data analyst while also using self-serve tools like Mixpanel and Excel to run light-touch data investigations independently. + **Insight Consolidation from Research** **:** Gather and synthesize insights from multiple sources – including app store ratings & reviews, user interviews, and other qualitative/quantitative research – to identify actionable opportunities for activation and engagement. + **Objective & KPI Planning** **:** Set quarterly team targets and activation objectives. Collaborate with the data analyst to build dashboards and track performance on a regular basis. + **Experimentation & Testing Roadmap** : Translate insights and data into a backlog of hypotheses and test campaigns. Define the activation roadmap, plan A/B tests, and lead execution across relevant touchpoints. + **Cross-Team Collaboration for Campaign Delivery** : Work with copywriters, designers, and campaign managers to ensure that creative assets and messaging campaigns are delivered with clarity, quality, and performance intent. + **Stakeholder Management & Reporting** : Represent the Activation Growth Team in key forums. Own thereporting cycle and ensure regular alignment with internal and external stakeholders, including P&G teams and senior leadership. **What** **You’ll** **need to succeed in this role?** We’re looking for someone who takes ownership with confidence, drives performance independently, and thrives in cross-functional, global teams. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, communicate with clarity and influence, and stay curious in the ever-evolving world of AI, martech, and digital growth.
