### About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to directly shape the future of the food delivery category and Uber Eats in Mexico.
As a Growth Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing strategies to acquire, retain, and engage eaters in a specific region. You’ll partner closely with the local Territory team and broader Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
This role calls for a strong mix of analytical skills, strategic thinking, operational execution, and collaboration. You’ll work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment where your impact will be visible and meaningful.
### What You'll Do
- Strategy: Build and lead a roadmap of initiatives to improve eater acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Process Optimization: Scale new and existing processes to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
- Budget Management: Manage promotional budgets effectively to support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
- Product Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve the Uber Eats experience. Collaborate with central teams to prioritize new features and ensure local relevance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with teams across Marketing, Community Operations, Policy, Communications, Legal, and more to support long-term growth and foster a strong global network.
### What You'll Need
- A minimun of 4 years of experience solving analytical problems in fast-paced environments (e.g., business consulting, investment banking, or tech startups).
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; comfortable working with data and ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—for sharing insights and driving action across teams.
- Experience making data-driven decisions and communicating insights across diverse teams.
- Strong stakeholder managament skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Intermediate SQL experience.
### Bonus Points
- Experience with Python or similar scripting languages.
