We are seeking an energetic and positive individual to be our Growth & Outreach Liaison This position reports to the Hospital CEO with a strong dotted line reporting relationship to the HSC Vice President Growth & Outreach. As the Growth & Outreach Liaison you will be responsible for strategically planning and implementing outreach efforts specifically with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, other area hospitals, EMS and other potential referral sources within the hospital’s primary, secondary and tertiary service areas while maximizing referral and redirection opportunities for both inpatient and outpatient services. This position is focused on continuous improvements that result in improved experiences for both patients and providers within our facility.

**Position Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 Years’ related experience such as medical and/or pharmaceutical sale experience preferred
Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
