As an Account Executive on Carta’s Growth Team, you will be responsible for selling all of Carta’s product suite to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. As our customers’ needs expand, you will be responsible for educating them on Carta’s cap table solutions, tax product, and compensation product. This team is hyper-focused on the health and growth of these valuable customers, and is purely dedicated to their success.
The Problems You’ll Solve Become a trusted advisor; develop consultative relationships with assigned territory of customers by delivering value, sharing best practices and acting as the voice of customer internally Drive product adoption and usage of Carta throughout the customer journey Achieve monthly expansion and upsell targets forecast for Corporations business unit Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities through customer interactions, and develop a specific strategy to align with customer business objectives The Impact You’ll HaveBy new products to our existing base of Carta cap table customers, you will be contributing directly to the expansion of our business and the growth of our customers.

$195,000 OTE in SF and NY
