Grouting Certified Supervisor

TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Grouting Certified Supervisor to join our client’s team. Our client is an industry leader that has successfully performed a variety of large-scale major infrastructure projects across Canada. This role is responsible for overseeing field crews, ensuring technical precision, and maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain detailed records of daily operations, safety checks, and technical deviations. Mentor field teams to promote safety, skill development, and operational excellence. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to troubleshoot issues and optimize field procedures. Monitor field performance and ensure all work aligns with engineering specifications and regulatory standards. Review and validate technical plans and procedures before execution. Lead quality assurance efforts, including sampling, testing, and documentation of field results. Direct and coordinate all on-site cementitious application activities, including material preparation, injection, and curing.
Requirements
3+ years of supervisory experience in civil or structural construction, with a focus on concrete or pressure-injection systems. Recognized certification in grouting, post-tensioning, or structural reinforcement. Strong knowledge of construction codes, QA/QC protocols, and field safety practices. Proven ability to lead diverse teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Additional certifications in inspection or construction supervision are a strong asset.
