Who are we looking for / What will you do?
Join our fantastic team as our new Groups, Conference and Events Coordinator. Located in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, the Booking Office is a great place to start your Groups, Conference and Events Career with exposure to a diversity of guests.
This position includes the following main duties:
Maximize revenue opportunities in during the planning phase of group reservations, conferences
You will interact extensively with guests and clients during the preparation phase of the event.
Receive questions, process rooming lists, preparing function sheets
Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.
Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
Arrange and execute hotel show tours
Participate in hotel promotional activities
Who are we looking for:
Good organizational and administrative skills
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
Confident telephone manner
Demonstrated work experience in a sales environment
The perfect candidate will be fluent in English (Dutch language skills are an advantage).
