Group Vice President, Client Partner

Join us at razorfish.com. **Overview** GVP, Client Partners are responsible for leading and supporting multiple teams & clients within the agency. The role involves developing strategies to maintain high levels of client satisfaction, establishing and cultivating client relationships, and ensuring that services meet client expectations. Additionally, they also help develop cross-functional collaboration. **Responsibilities** · Leadership in driving typically $15M+ in revenue, team sizes ranging from 30-50 people with multiple client stakeholders. · Lead client strategy development for senior level client meetings. · Own client relationship and understanding of client goals, objectives for business. · Help coach client leadership on critical issues of project/track of work. · Review project and creative brief preparation in conjunction with strategy resources. · Respond to Director+ level client project escalations. · Awareness and understanding of SOW and project proposal documents, account planning process, MSA, pricing information (estimates, change orders, new scopes, etc.) · Manages pipeline activities and updates in Salesforce 360. · Leads strategy and looks for opportunities to cross sell and drive organic growth with clients. · Leads strategic approach for annual growth/innovation workshop with client leadership. · Leads meetings with cross-functional agency senior stakeholders. · Partners with delivery team to closely manage client business health (margin, etc.) · Lead and craft case study content. · Develop and implement strategies to ensure high client satisfaction. · Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients. · Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to client experience. · Evaluate and improve current client service procedures, practices, and initiatives. **Qualifications** · 15+ years of experience including in account management roles at a digital agency. · Experience in and knowledge of digital, brand and B2B marketing required. · Self-directed problem solver with excellent conflict resolution skills. · High attention to detail and strong time-management and organizational skills. · Flexible and adaptable. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  · Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships. · Experience leading complex projects and large teams · Ability to lead a client account portfolio of $15M+. · Proven experience growing client accounts and agency revenue. **Additional information** The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
