The Group tax accounting and reporting advisor is responsible to review and analyse the tax reporting of the local Ayvens Group entities. Interfacing the local finance teams, the Group tax accounting and reporting advisor challenges the contents and accuracy of tax reports with the aim to gain understanding of how local and international tax rules impact the commercial (IFRS) figures and the effective tax rate of the Ayvens GroupResponsibilities:Review and analysis of the local entities’ monthly tax reporting (i.e. reconciliation between Tax and IFRS figures and support to the finance teams of the local entities on the monthly tax closing process;Support in consolidated tax reporting and tax computations/calculations;Support in determining the accurate current and deferred tax positions in consolidated IFRS accounts;Support in preparing the tax disclosures for the Ayvens Group annual report Management of external auditors’ inquiries and preparation of deliverables for external auditors;Support in preparing of the corporate income tax return for the Dutch CITRequirements:Expertise in tax reporting and IFRS tax accounting (a.o. knowledge of IAS12);5+ years of experience in a tax role, ideally experience obtained in the tax compliance departmentSound understanding of how tax rules and legislation interact with IFRS accounting standards Fluent in English, both written and spokenStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial/ tax data and trends to provide actionable insights.As a member of our team, you will benefit from:• 25 days of annual leave• 1 sick day/year
