Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience working in a analytical and operational capacity.
+ Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

+ Master's Degree or MBA, or equivalent practical experience.

+ Ability to deliver large-scale projects and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.

+ Excellent process orientation as well as business acumen, investigative, quantitative reasoning and strategic skills.
In this role, you will own all things strategy and investment, which includes driving annual planning alongside the Marketing leadership team and Regional leaders. You will craft our global strategy, bringing investigative rigor to the global investment approach, and represent the plans with directors and VPs across Global Marketing, Finance, and Product. You will also streamline workflows, help us collaborate effectively with cross-company teams, and drive internal communications to amplify our initiatives. Crucially, you will act as the Chief of Staff to the Search and Maps Marketing Senior Director, serving as a key thought partner, designing and running the organization, and leading strategic projects to identify and evaluate new opportunities.
Additionally, you will be the lead and connective tissue across the Consumer Knowledge and Information (KandI) portfolio (Google Search, Google Maps, Google Shopping, Google Pay) on the Marketing side, tying together the strategy, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and creating efficiencies in how we work. This is a high-impact role that demands strong business acumen and investigative skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Googlers of all levels. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
