Position Summary: The Group Strategic Pricing Director will lead the strategic pricing program for a group with primary responsibility for global revenue in excess of $6 Billion. Provide leadership for the Aerospace Group strategic pricing team. Lead the development and coordination of pricing strategy for large multi-division customers. Scope / Supervision and Interaction: + This role does not have direct report. + Collaborates with the VP Corporate Strategic Pricing, Division Pricing, Marketing Managers, and Operational leaders. Essential Functions: + Manages the implementation of the strategic pricing program within the group. + Ensures division pricing processes are wholly compliant to corporate strategic pricing initiative. + Ensures the creation and utilization of proper delegation of authority for division pricing decisions. + Responsible for the implementation of lean enterprise for pricing and quotation processes. + Primary source for developing and coordinating pricing strategy on large multi-division accounts. + Recruit and develop division pricing talent. Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is REQUIRED.
