We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Group Sales Manager to join our sales team at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Chicago. In this role, you’ll manage a designated market segment, with a focus on corporate and association groups ranging from 151–600 peak rooms.This is a hybrid position requiring three days onsite per week, with flexibility based on business needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Manage and grow group business within your assigned market segment
Sell guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services
Conduct client site inspections and sales presentations
Prepare compelling proposals and maintain well-organized documentation
Coordinate customer service needs in collaboration with Sales, Events, and Catering teams
Utilize Hyatt sales systems effectively and uphold high service standards
Participate in sales meetings and may lead team initiatives
Partner closely with a dedicated Sales Coordinator and support staff
**SALARY** theSalary range for this position is $64,100 - $90,100. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience. this is a Hybrid position (three days in the office a week unless business requires more)

**Qualifications:**
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in computer systems and sales technology platforms
· A proactive, collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to exceed client expectations
· Training in selling, negotiating, or business writing is a plus
