This is a full-time hourly based position Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

What will I be doing?

\n\nProcesses group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements.\nWorks with the revenue team to set up pricing and inventory for groups utilizing OnQ and ensuring accuracy\nCommunicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. \nProcesses reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers. \nCoordinates and implements department activities and projects. \nProvides clerical support and assistance to management.\n\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nPrevious hotel front office experience required \nOnQ experience preferred\nRevenue or Reservation experience preferred \nMicrosoft Excel experience Preferred \n\n
