Group Product Manager, Technology and Engineering
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role. Preferred qualifications: + Experience in the design, development, or implementation of tools and systems that enhance IT operations, IT asset management, IT support, or IT service management workflows, or in operating systems, enterprise IT products, or infrastructure management. + Experience leading team of high-performing product managers, either as people manager or senior individual contributor. + Experience delivering AI/ML solutions to address customer needs. In the simplest terms, we are Google for Googlers. + Define and drive long-term product strategy across multiple teams and product areas, aligning portfolio investments with organizational goals and business metrics. + Ensure portfolio success by demonstrating advanced knowledge of IT service needs, employee needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and technologies needed to drive the product strategy. + Manage key stakeholder relationships with senior leaders of enterprise IT services, to understand their business goals and provide clarity on technology roadmaps to support them. + Influence leaders of partner engineering teams to align product direction to support team objectives and resolve conflicts. + Encourage innovation and thoughtful risk-taking to address challenges and deliver business impact for Google.
