Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role. + 5 years of experience leading to the development and launch of software platforms or infrastructure. + 5 years of experience managing a team of Product Managers. Preferred qualifications: + Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field. + Experience building products from concept to launch, particularly "v1" or foundational platforms. + Experience running and scaling business processes. + Experience defining long-term product goals and strategy for evolving product areas. + Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI products. + Understanding of trust and safety, risk management, content policy, or platform responsibility. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
