Your key responsibilities: 

1. Group Policy Framework Management

Maintain and continuously improve the Group Policy FrameworkManage and document the Management-of-Change process across all framework components.Ensure consistency across policies and their components.Coordinate timely content updates with Policy Owners and Subject Matter Experts.Publish and communicate framework updates effectively across the organization.Propose structural and content improvements to the framework.Maintain related intranet (dots) pages and ensure content is user-friendly and up to date.Shape or evolve the overall framework design as needed.

 

2. Risk Business Partnering (RBP)

Act as RBP and provide ad hoc support for one or more of the smaller units (for which a Risk Management Committee is not mandatory).

 

3. Group Risk Team Support & Governance 

Contribute to external disclosures related to risk and the Group Policy Framework (e.g., Annual Report, sustainability benchmarks).Support the development and refinement of the Group Framework for Enterprise Risk Management and Associated Standards.Monitor and ensure risk-related roles and responsibilities are clearly embedded in the Group’s governance structure.Stay informed about and analyze relevant external legal developments, especially regarding Swiss corporate law and Dutch AEX listing requirements.

 

4. Impact on Strategy & Contribution

Contribute to the long-term strategic success of the company by setting the company standards for effective, efficient and legally compliant ways-of-working along the lines of the governance

We bring:

Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.Experience in a similar role, and/or experience in different roles in diverse functions (6-8 years)Strong Project management skillsGood understanding of organizational models and how the company works Knowledge of GRC / ESG concepts are a plusClear, unambiguous, consistent formulation in English (speaking & writing) that is comprehensible for non-experts.   Collaboration skills to work in diverse teams; Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in technology, regulationsBusiness Partnering (solution-oriented mindset, can-do mentality; influencing without authority; co-ownership)Risk-based decision making by considering risks, controls & rewards: focus on what matters mostCommunication & presentation skills
