They provide guidance and support to multiple Regional Operations Managers (ROMs), ensuring operational excellence, exceptional patient care, and successful business growth. The Sr. ROM collaborates with cross-functional leaders, builds relationships with key stakeholders, and plays a pivotal role in achieving divisional goals and objectives.
\nRequirements:
\nAssociates Degree
\nBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
\nMinimum of five (5) years’ management experience leading and managing teams; managed care experience preferred
\nDeals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
\nIntermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
\nRN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions
\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical nursing; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in renal nursing
\nMinimum of one (1) year of experience as a DaVita IKC Nurse
\nCNN or CDN certification
