Join us! **Global Business Services** Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations. In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services. **Process Overview*** Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) team is engaged in the following activities: + Activity and Quantitative Test Execution (AQTE) + Employee Quality Reviews + Data testing + Sampling and Test Development + Tech Tools & Analytics and + Reporting and Analysis EIT AQTE (Activity and Qualitative Test Execution) team performs independent compliance testing of statistically valid samples or automated testing of full populations. Provides independent evaluation of compliance with multiple federal laws/regulations, regulatory-focused policies, and procedures & Legal Settlements. Testing is executed across Global Banking, Global Markets, Staff Support, Enterprise Control Functions, Home loans, Consumer business and vendor processes impacted by key laws/regulations. **Job Description** The responsibilities of the incumbent will include the following for the Global Banking and Global Markets testing portfolio: Delivery Management + Partner with EIT Line of Business leaders to drive execution of strategic priorities for the portfolio. + Develop end to end understanding of the business processes and manage seamless delivery for a diversified business portfolio. + Lead internal team routines, communications, reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and presentations. + Drive automation ideas & process simplification resulting in efficiencies and business impacts through portfolio analyses. Stakeholder Management + Establish a healthy working relationship with global and local stakeholders, understand their strategic and tactical requirements. + Establish multiple channels of communication with key stakeholders and provide them with regular updates on key priorities. Operations Excellence and Risk Management + Understand the business and key risk drivers to identify areas of improvement (including automation leveraging emerging technologies) to increase productivity/utilization, reduce risk. + Work with Operational Excellence team for structured ideation sessions – collate ideas thematically, oversee ideas execution implementation and measure the benefits post implementation. + Perform periodic risk assessment to analyze and evaluate current / potential risks. Partner with BCCME team to record risks, finalize mitigation plan and drive implementation. **Responsibilities** + Continually assess staffing needs, supervise, and evaluate the team members periodically and maintain forecast. + Track attrition and identify ways to reduce attrition and variability. + Create an engaged and happy team with high employee satisfaction indexes. + Identify and execute future skills and competencies for the team in line with the strategic priorities of GBS and EIT, create effective upskilling plans and career opportunities. **Requirements:** **Education*** Graduation / Post Graduation qualifications from premier institute; domain certifications would be preferred. **Experience Range* -** 17+ years of experience in Banking operations across domains with at least 7+ years experience in Global Market operations and having exposure to Global Banking operations. **Foundational skills*** + Experience in risk management preferably in a banking environment with regulatory, testing or audit experience. + At least 7 years’ experience in building and managing remote large teams (> 50 resources) + Strong business acumen and understanding of Banking processes especially Global Market operations including but not limited to Collateral & Exchange Traded Derivatives, Currencies and Commodities, Asset Services, Global Equities, Fixed Income, Global Payments, Client Operational Services + Sound knowledge of risk governance frameworks & processes, business continuity + Ability to work in fast paced environment with competing priorities. + Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking with ability to think strategically and execute tactically. + Exposure to working with US based line of business partners. + Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency – ability to create executive level presentations. **Desired Skills:** + Analytics: Ability to interpret data, conduct gap analysis and develop and execute action plans accordingly + Communication and People Skills: Articulate communicator who can interact across levels of the organization with executive presence. + Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders across central control function teams: risk, audit, finance, HR, corporate real estate, etc. + Operational Excellence: Experience in driving operational excellence projects (Six Sigma, Lean) for an Operations function - Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) would be an added benefit. + Technology: Interest and attitude to upskill in emerging technologies e.g., Python + Previous exposure of collaboration with technology teams to drive automation efforts. + Exposure to setting up and running internal quality review processes or testing of control effectiveness. **Work Timings*** 11:30 AM to 8.30 PM **Job Location:** HYD Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
