The Group Media Solutions Director will lead the strategic development and execution of holistic media solutions, delivering impactful results aligned with our clients' business goals. The role requires a deep understanding of the media landscape in Colombia and across the LATAM region, with a focus on innovation, integration, and performance-driven campaigns. **Responsibilities** STRATEGIC / COMMERCIAL RESPONSABILITIES + Responsible of development of company-wide commercial strategies for new market entry, client development, and integrationfostering collaboration throughout the Groupe and infusing Epsilon data and technology to maximize client value + Will offer strategic guidance, tactical plan recommendations, and outstanding customer service for Publicis accounts. This role is expected to work creatively and with a consultative approach to create and deliver customized sales solutions that address the client’s business objectives and goals. + Generates TV + digital video media strategy, recommendations and optimization focused on increasing the use of data & audiences, and the adoption of the regional & local digital partners. + Manages the workflow between client and operative teams to guarantee the correct execution of all digital campaigns based on business outcomes + Generates optimization guidelines and approach based on the business outcomes for the use of the audience, creatives, channels, tech and partners. + Optimizes the media strategy based on the performance delivery of the local and regional digital media partners and the total video tracker partners. TECHNICAL RESPONSABILITIES: + Guarantees the sales pitch and execution of media campaigns based on client’s business objectives and media KPI’s. + Guarantees the correct implementation of Epsilon products (Audiences, Smart Deals, Epsilon Digital) + Sets up execution standards for video campaigns (TV, PTV, CTV, OLV) based on unified measurement insights. + Leads the deployment of campaigns integrated with commerce, DOOH and Influercers and specialized media channels such as Epsilon. **Qualifications** + Profound knowledge of SEM, Social Media and Programmatic tools relevant in Colombia & LATAM Region + Able to implement, optimize and analyze digital marketing campaign based on client’s business outcomes. + Profound knowledge of the digital activation ecosystem (Display, mobile, video, audio, DOOH) tech and partners. + Knowledge of Television planning and buying. + Profound knowledge of web, app & media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omiture, Adobe Analytics, etc) + Able to develop, track and optimize TV & digital media data driven strategies focused on conversions. + Strong commercial skills. + English level C1 or above. **Additional information** We offer an artificial intelligence–based interaction and connection platform called Marcel, which features e-learning tools such as Udemy and LinkedIn Learning, with more than 30,000 courses on various topics where you can train according to your interests.
