Job DescriptionCoordinate/shadow EMPQ using outside vendor.Build master data for and implement LIMS EM module.Assist in creation of facility master sampling plan.Coordinate sampling with internal team/shipping of samples to contract laboratory for testing.Entering data from testing lab into LIMS.Performs peer review of data.Assists in coordinating equipment maintenance and calibration.Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.Supports and monitors team of direct reports.May participate in new hire interviews.Supports the on-boarding process of new employees.Participates in training of other employees.

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline or similar, with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline or similar, with 2-4 years of experience.Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipValid driver’s license and personal transportationProof of full COVID-19 vaccination required prior to start date

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

1-2 years of previous leadership experienceStrong attention to detailStrong computer skills; specifically in Excel and SMS systemsStrong working knowledge of Labware LIMSOrganization/project management skillsAble to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional project team in a fast-paced start up environment
