Your Key Responsibilities Organize a team of Material Planners, Shop Floor Control, Demand & Resource capacity Planners or other SC Planners to control and optimize relevant planning processes and activities. Implement supply chain planning strategies to optimize inventory and shop floor throughput time Establish and improve planning processes, methods, guidelines and systems in line with business requirements and key process indicators Oversee the activities within the team to ensure alignment with given standards and KPIs Identify and correct deviation from the standards and solve capacity/resource bottleneck. Organize relevant analyzes and research focusing in material shortages, capacity constraints and customer demand fluctuations, reporting results to the Manager. Expertise in SAP and Excel Your Qualifications Graduate Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management 3 to 5 years experience preferred Expert in Excel a definite asset
