Your Key Responsibilities
Join our team as a Facility Manager and play a key role in overseeing and optimizing both hard and soft services for our assigned facility sites. We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead and ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and uphold facility maintenance standards, managing technical building maintenance and general services, including cleaning, for designated sites. Execute approved methods, procedures, and tools while managing budgets and resources efficiently. Oversee financial and contract management for all aspects of facility management and related services, ensuring transparency and accountability. Define the scope, organization, resource allocation, and timing for the provision and implementation of services. Guide collaborations with external partners, such as architects and construction engineers, to enhance facility operations. Manage facility investment projects to maintain and improve infrastructure and resources effectively. Your Qualifications Associate's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or related discipline or vocational training w/ 5 years in similar role Minimum 3 years experience in similar role External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
