Responsibilities

 1.  Assist the shift supervisor with daily activities

2. Department Housekeeping

3. Assist in training all new inspectors and Utility 

4. Assist in printing carton labels

5. Explain/ distribute departmental information 

6. Assist with scheduling shift personnel 

7. Assist with relieving inspectors as needed 

8. WebEff and tracker entries 

9. Run WebEff and tracker reports 

10. Maintain mold database information as needed 

11. Assist with safety enforcement 

Qualifications

 1. Working knowledge of ISO and SQF 

2. Must have excellent attendance record 

3. Must be able to operate a pallett jack 

4. Must be well organized and have proven ability to work independently

5. Previous leadership experience required 

6. Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms  

7. Capable of visual acuity to include distinguishing color variation and detecting defects 

8. Must be able to perform all job duties in a safe and effective manner

9. Must be proficient with the computer 

10. Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as required
