This includes Net Sales, Gross to Net, scan shares, Speed to Market & Accounts receivables_ 1. **_Develop 3 Year Customer Strategic Plan_** + _Develops a 3 Year strat plan by Customer taking into consideration Colgate priorities for the retail invironment & works with the Customer in executing this._ 1. **_Implement 5P Strategic Plan_** + _Develops an annual customer/category 5P strategic plan which is aligned to both Colgate and Customer’s strategies and encompasses a category and shopper perspective._ 1. **_Joint Business Planning (JBP)_** + _Develop an annual joint business plan with the customer to facilitate the delivery of the targets and the 5P strategic plan delivery in-store._ 1. **_Customer Development Team Engagement_** + _Lead the monthly Customer Development team engagement with the Customers’ functional members to identify opportunities to support the business growth & resolve issues towards meeting the agreed KPI’s in the JBP_ 1. **_Develop a Shopper-Focused Approach_** + _Develop and implement programs in-store to build our shopper engagement_ **Compensation and Benefits** Salary Range $ - $ USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
