Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties

Working within the Talent Tools & Processes Director’s team, your main responsibility will be to manage all the Modules of the SuccessFactors Solution (EC, Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Learning, Succession and Development) which means develop the key reporting needs and ensure access management. You will the referent, which includes the global understanding of the HRIS architecture, the training of keys users and the change management.
You will also lead the upgrade following new releases and/or business needs for specific modules (such as Recruitment, Compensation) and associated interfaces with other HRIS tools (EF, beqom, …).  

You will be managing a team of internal and external resources, animating a network of key users and collaborating with external providers to ensure the configuration, maintenance and change management actions for our HR System.


Reporting Management
-    Design and manage all new reporting requests including the testing phase and deployment 
-    Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of all available reports and continuously improve them
-    Implement the Change Management actions (i.e. user guide, webinar, communication actions)

Access (Role Based Permissions) and Workflow Management
-    Ensure that all current roles cross-modules (i.e. EC, Learning, Recruiters…) have the correct permissions (i.e. HR Manager, Employee etc.)
-    Validate that all current Workflow Authorization Groups have the correct permissions 
-    Manage role adjustments or new access requests by setting-up a fluid flow

Transversal Change Management actions for the Talent Management suite of SuccessFactors
-    Define an ongoing training program for our HRIS & Follow up on Training plan for the end users
-    Ensure Talent Modules Training materials are up to date according to Releases & updates
-    Responsible for our Digital Adoption Tool (i.e. WalkMe)

Specific Module Management
-    Ensuring the Modules are are aligned with the key users/business needs:
o    Animating the users network, encouraging evolutions. 
o    Collecting any new specifications from the Subject Matters Experts and ensuring the new requests/enhancements are implemented, tested and delivered on time
o    Analyzing HR management needs and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors system configurations
o    Benchmarking best practices and other solutions
-    Managing any upcoming projects linked to these modules
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Professional Experience:
-    Minimum 10 years of relevant experience 
-    Agile with IS & AI and solid knowledge of HR systems (SuccessFactors; WalkMe and Eightfold is a +)
-    Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset
-    Proven experience in access management
-    Proven ability to interact effectively in a matrix environment

Skills and competencies:
-    Teamwork and network oriented
-    Great interpersonal and communication skills
-    Fluency in the local language (French) and good English skills
-    Very good MS Office skills: data driven
-    Project Management competencies: Rigor and organization are key
-    Leadership skills: ability to influence and to drive execution
