The Group Financial Controller is a critical leadership role that will work closely alongside the Chief Financial Officer and Head of FP&A. As the Group Financial Controller, you will architect scalable systems, processes and controls to support the growth objectives of the Company. You will be responsible for the global accounting and reporting functions of Imagination Technologies under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) issued by the International Accounting Standards Board, other regulatory and advisory organisations, e.g., Government and related Regulatory Agencies, and per Imagination Technologies’ financial policies and other appropriate financial management techniques and practices.
