Group Finance Director

Key Responsibilities:

 

Drive financial strategy, planning, and performance across all asset classes.

Oversee financial operations, reporting (IFRS/GAAP), compliance, and risk management.

Lead asset performance analysis, investment modeling, and shareholder reporting.

Monitor hotel financials, ensuring transparency and alignment with group standards.

Manage stakeholder relations with banks, auditors, and tax advisors.

Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

 

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred).

10–15 years of financial leadership in real estate or hospitality sectors.

Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial role.

Strong financial modeling, ERP, and regulatory knowledge.

Fluent in English and Russian (Kazakh is a plus).
