Role responsibilities:Sales Planning and review: Create business unit specific sales planCustomer Prospecting Opportunity identification and qualificationProposal development, Negotiation, ClosureAccount Planning & Review: Review account specific plans to ensure planned growth for the business unit (revenue/margin/utilization) so as to grow the account as per planAccount Mining, operationsRelationship managementPeople Management
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 16+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experienceSignificant business development and project management experienceTrack record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contactsHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsWide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experienceCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
