**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead global strategy and negotiations for Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME), including capital procurement, leasing, and OEM parts.
+ Collaborate with regional and country teams to align procurement goals and identify bundling opportunities for cost savings.
+ Conduct market benchmarking and data analysis to develop KPIs and optimize sourcing decisions.
+ Manage North American HME procurement operations, ensuring vendor compliance, performance tracking, and technical support coordination.
+ Drive digital sourcing initiatives and support ESG goals through sustainable procurement practices.
+ Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with safety, trade, and industry standards.
+ Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Competency Centers, Finance, and Operations to align procurement with business priorities.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
+ Minimum of 8 years experience in procurement, equipment sourcing, and supplier management within industrial or construction sectors.
+ Strong understanding of heavy mobile equipment, including capital procurement, leasing, and OEM parts.
+ Skilled in market analysis, cost modeling, and developing data-driven sourcing strategies.
+ Proven ability to lead negotiations, manage vendor performance, and drive cost optimization.
+ Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
+ High adaptability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally to support global procurement operations.
**Work Environment**
This role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment with a mix of office and field-based responsibilities. Collaboration across procurement, operations, and technical teams is essential. Occasional travel to plant and supplier locations is expected.
