Join us at razorfish.com. **Overview** You will be critical in shaping the performance and culture of the account. Own senior/top-level tasks and respective meetings as they continue to practice a growth mindset and build leadership skills. Exhibit day-to-day management of effective team outputs balanced across internal and client stakeholders. Continue to develop mastery in financials and contracts, alongside communications of pipeline management activities across disciplines. **Responsibilities** + Lead agenda prep and attendance for senior level client meetings + Contribute to town halls, internal newsletters and other relevant business topics under leadership + Lead prioritization of weekly/daily Account Team activities + Lead operations call in VP's absence and articulate opportunity relevance/business growth signs to secure and maintain internal staffing consistencies across the team + Address escalations by project/track of work + Lead project and creative brief preparation in conjunction with strategy resources lead project kickoff and wrap up meetings + Own and coordinate sections of creation of and updates to SOWs, SCOs and associated contract fulfillment needs, follow-ups and approvals. + Manages pipeline activities and updates (salesforce 360) + Own and coordinate sections of annual growth / innovation workshop, including action plan and regular updates + Lead internal and client QBR activities, looks for opportunities to cross sell and drive organic growth with clients + Work closely with Project Management to drive profit margin + Ensure clients have a consistent quality experience + Partners with delivery team to closely manage client business health (margin, etc.) + Lead and craft case study content + Champion improvement to our client services (as needed) + Drive typically $5M+ in revenue, team sizes ranging from 30-50 people with multiple client stakeholders. + Incorporates "up-sell / cross-sell" components into client conversations + Demonstrates ability to help others on your team create and build relationships with individuals on the client side. + High-competence in navigating challenging relationships or the ability to repair significant-level relationships + Viewed as day-to-day lead managing multiple teams (more than one account/tracks of work) + Able to work with the client to define, quantify, and communicate the impact our partnership has had on their business **Qualifications** + 10+ years of experience in Accounts/ Client Services within an agency space + Bachelors degree or higher or equivalent work experience + High-competence in navigating challenging relationships or the ability to repair significant-level relationships + Able to lead the process and partner with the appropriate stakeholders to move through estimating and pricing activities + Capable of managing 5+ types of complex work projects independently + Proven ability to craft winning narratives within proposals, scope adds, or significant scope changes. + Demonstrated experience navigating negotiations and trade-offs with our clients through the agreement process + Success setting up the next phase/contract or selling in incremental scope + Able to navigate and resolve interpersonal conflicts. + Problem solver + High attention to detail + Strong time-management and organizational skills + Flexible and adaptable + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills  + Building and nurturing client relationships + Experience leading complex projects and large teams + Self-directed + MicroSoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) + Financial acumen skills **Additional information** The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
