Join a dedicated team as a Groundskeeper and take pride in maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of outdoor spaces. This role involves seasonal lawn care, landscaping upkeep, debris removal, and snow removal during winter months. You’ll work independently and as part of a team to ensure all outdoor areas are well-kept, safe, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and the community. If you enjoy hands-on, outdoor work in all weather conditions, this role is for you.Responsibilities:
• Mow lawns, edge sidewalks, and maintain turf areas
• Clear debris, leaves, and litter from outdoor areas
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform snow plowing, shoveling, and salting during winter months
• Inspect grounds regularly and report any maintenance needs or safety concernsQualifications and Requirements:
• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to operate lawn mowers, tractors, trimmers, blowers, and snow removal equipment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyBenefits and Perks:
