Sodexo is hiring our Grounds Manager 2 for Troy University in Alabama. Our successful candidate will be an entry level manager, supervising our team and mentoring our frontline hourly staff and will either hold, or be eligible within 90 days to attain the Alabama Pesticide Application License. Turf and Grounds Management experience including Golf Course experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will assist in leading the development of the innovation and the implementation of more efficient grounds management practices - targeting higher quality and better efficiencies. This role requires a valid driver's license and clearing driving background checks (2).
