In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

Rebate validation and controlling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and proceduresCollaborating with Lenovo Finance Teams, Business Teams, and Lenovo Business Partners to provide GTN/financial support and ensure seamless operations, including interacting with internal teams and Business Partners Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships, and participating in monthly and quarterly closing as a focal point for specific marketsData analysis and reporting, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and SQL (Power BI/SQL Studio, etc.) to drive business insights and inform decision-makingParticipating in financial reviews after closing, providing expert analysis and recommendationsCollaborating with our teams and local CFOs to ensure accuracy and compliance, and participating in quarter-end closing activitiesIdentifying areas for process improvements and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness, including projects and process enhancements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field (Preferred), with a strong foundation in financial concepts and principles, and a financial education background.Financial/analytical skills, with proficiency in SAP (Preferred) and advanced Excel skills, and the ability to interpret data meaningfully.Reporting skills, with experience in SQL (Power BI/SQL Studio, etc.) (Preferred), and the ability to create complex reports and dashboards.Strong ownership and attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with internal teams and Business Partners.Fluent English at a business level.An analytical mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to drive business results.
