Job Posting CROSSMARK is hiring a Lead Merchandiser to support our grocery client. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on merchandising experience. You’ll be responsible for training and supporting Field Representatives while ensuring high-quality execution in stores. Key Requirements: Age: Must be 18 years or older. Experience: Prior supervisory or management experience is required. Must have experience with grocery resets and reading plan-o-grams. Mobility: Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel up to 60 miles. Must be able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally. Technology: Must own a mobile device with internet access. Responsibilities: Execute product resets, new item cut-ins, shelf stocking, cleaning, remodels, and new store openings. Train and mentor new and existing Retail Field Representatives. Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
