Primary responsibilities: · Perform grinding tasks to prepare materials for the painting process · Check product quality before shot blast operations · Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently as part of the Grind Team · Ensure all materials meet company standards and specifications · Maintain a clean and organized work area · Follow safety protocols and company procedures · Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors · Assist with other tasks as assigned to support production goals Requirements: · High School Diploma or GED · At least 1 year of relevant work experience · Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other written documents · Basic computer skills and proficiency with EPICOR ERP or similar systems · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. · Self-motivated and results-oriented · Positive interpersonal skills; open-minded to innovative ideas and concepts **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
