Grinder 1st shift
Job Summary:
The Grinder is responsible for smoothing and preparing metal parts using large swing or hand grinders. The goal is to remove defects and sharp edges before final processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate grinders to remove defects and smooth surfaces
Inspect and maintain grinding tools and equipment
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
Keep work area clean and organized
Complete work logs and maintenance records
Communicate with team and supervisors
Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (due to ITAR)
High school diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Basic reading and measuring skills
Must be safety-focused and detail-oriented
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
Willing to work overtime, including weekends
Comfortable working in dusty, hot, or noisy environments
Shift 4:45a-3pm
Pay Range $18-$19.50

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.50 per hour
