The FOX Studio Lot is looking for a Grill Cook to join their team in Los Angeles, CA!

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Food preparation and production related to the assigned outlet and stationPrepare, produce, and cook all food products as assigned by the Outlet Chef for the Operation's needsMaintain all equipment in good order through proper use and careMaintain assigned station in a clean and organized state at all timesClean up and wipe down the station at the end of the shiftAssist in putting away all delivered merchandise (produce, meat, fish, dry goods, etc.)Adhere to all State and Local Health Department rules and regulationsOther duties as assigned by chefs/supervisorsOvertime and earlier start times as required by business needs

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Available to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as neededHigh school diploma and/or certificate/diploma from an accredited culinary program or equivalent work experience3+ years of prior culinary experienceBasic knife handling, chopping, slicing, grilling, and sautéingFood Safety & Sanitation knowledgeAble to read and follow assigned recipes and kitchen standards, with excellent customer service and guest interactionAble to lift 25lbs

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.76 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
