Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital & Clinics is seeking a Greeter to join our ADMINISTRATION team!Exhibit a positive first impression to clinic visitors and patients as you provide assistance to individuals using the visitor’s parking lot and greet patients/visitors. Offer assistance as appropriate to promote Aspirus Clinics’ customer service.
HOURS: Occasional 0.01 FTE, Hours and Shifts as Needed
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. One to two years of prior medical experience beneficial. Possesses basic computer knowledge, positive phone etiquette, knowledge of communication procedures and professional image. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, co-workers, and the public. Ability to file and maintain patient records, files, and other correspondence. Ability to handle stressful situations.
