Enger Park Golf Course is hiring greenskeepers for the upcoming 2025 season. The greenskeeper is a key member of the golf course maintenance team and is responsible for landscaping and maintenance on the golf course.

 

Ideal candidates have a passion for landscaping and the game of golf. Beginner greenskeepers are welcome- while knowledge of grounds maintenance is preferred, previous experience is not required for the position. Part-time and full-time seasonal positions are available.

Pay Range: $15- $16 / hour

 Responsibilities:

Maintain clean work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility Helps with the daily set-up of the golf course  Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees, and other areas  Rakes and maintains sand bunkers  Assists in turf maintenance practices such as aerifying, topdressing, and seeding  Preforms general landscape maintenance using handheld tools

 

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:

 Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions A valid driver’s license Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team Commitment to safety procedures and environmental best practices
