**What you’ll be working on:**
• Train and coach new employees, as well as existing employees on all company policies and procedures
• Must be able to travel between 7 to 15 sites on a regular basis
• Supports the Associate Manager by participating in the interview process i.e., may review applications, conduct interviews, and make recommendations on the selection of talent as well as assists the Associate Manager with completing onboarding activities
• Ensure timely requests of all pickups are communicated
• Independently and collaboratively interacts with donors while exercising good judgment, maintaining a positive and optimistic disposition, and demonstrating a successful customer focused mindset
• Able to work independently without supervision and hold a high level of integrity
• Builds a culture of customer service by providing donors with friendly, helpful and efficient service in every interaction i.e., make eye contact, greet customers and donors and thanks the donor on behalf of the nonprofit partner while appropriately representing the GreenDrop brand in uniform
• Assists donors with donated merchandise, including unloading donations from vehicles; treats donated items respectfully; communicates the company’s nonprofit relationship; and invites donors to “come back again” and to encourage their family and friends to do the same.
• Work efficiently and call for additional assistance as needed.
• Follows standards in place to protect Team Members and donors to provide a safe environment to work which includes but is not limited to, picking up loose items on the floor, cleaning up breakages or spills, cleaning and disinfecting to required standards, and following product safety guidelines
• Takes responsibility for reporting any hazard or injury to management and communicates in a timely matter, any maintenance issues
• Wear tablet holder while recording donor information in company iPad
• Assist truck driver loading and unloading duties during donation pick-ups
• Continuously organize donations in the stock room throughout the shift
• Complete and send daily and weekly supply needs to the Associate Manager
• Will report directly to the Associate Manager
• Other duties assigned by manager

**Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience:**
• High school degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory customer service role

**Travel:** • Must be able to travel between 7-15 sites on a regular basis within geographic territory as well as assist in neighboring territories when needed • Car travel within their territory continuously• May be asked to travel to outside territories that travel by air within the United States
