GRC Analyst
As a GRC Analyst within Skechers' Information Security team, you'll be at the forefront of our global risk management and compliance efforts. The primary focus of this role will be providing support to our third-party risk management practice; helping ensure risks in our global technology supply chain are appropriately identified and managed. You will be spending the majority of your time working with various business units and the external partners that support them, while also having the opportunity to learn and grow across various technology governance and risk management activities. You'll support critical functions that protect our company from potential risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

Conduct vendor due diligence through risk assessments, reviewing documentation, and analyzing security reports.Monitor critical vendors and perform revalidation as needed.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather information and assess risks.Track and follow up on assessment findings, supporting vendor remediation activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments and due diligence reviews.Contribute to the design and maintenance of risk-based metrics and program reporting for various GRC initiatives.Participate in initiatives to improve GRC programs, including the TPRM program and process automation efforts.Stay informed about regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging threats related to GRC and TPRM.Help prepare quarterly reports on third-party risk management and other GRC activities.Support the team with additional GRC activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of security frameworks, assessments, templates, reports, and data flows.Understanding of fundamental information technology and information security concepts.Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.Self-motivated individual with a passion for information security and GRC, and a desire to grow in the field.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Basic understanding of IT concepts and willingness to learn about governance, risk management, and compliance activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1-2 years of experience in similar role or information security function.Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.ISACA or (ISC)2 Certification a plus.

Salary $75,000 - $110,000
