Responsibilities:

Create engaging, interactive digital and adaptive learning content aligned with project goalsWork with SMEs to develop blended learning materials (videos, webinars, podcasts, case studies, scenarios, etc.) while maintaining version controlUse feedback, data, and new technologies to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and learner experienceKeep stakeholders informed through regular progress updates and presentationsProactively identify and resolve issues during the development process.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design and motion design, including work with video and audio tools (experience in e-learning tools will be an asset)Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesVery good English communication skills (B2/C1)Proactive, self-motivated, and able to deliver high-quality work on timeFlexible and collaborative, with a strong customer-focused approach
