In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: Bring the *** brand to life across multiple global events including both in-person events, digital content reaching hundreds of thousands of views, as well as internal events that help align goals and teams globally. Imagine, design, execute, and document visual branding guidelines for an ever-growing events portfolio encompassing large digital/in-person customer events along with field marketing booth experiences, webinars and roadshows. Collaborate with the events team on end-to-end event experience from concept to activation including robust web/platform event experiences, marketing campaigns, website and platform design, motion graphics projects, environmental graphics, and event collateral. Partner with stakeholders to bring activations and information to life for unique interactive experiences at in-person venues specific to ***. Challenge assumptions through productive debate leading to innovation and improved experiences. Harness your natural curiosity to proactively seek out information, ask insightful questions, and uncover the deeper story behind every event—helping to craft compelling narratives and memorable experiences that go beyond the brief. Work collectively with the team towards executing a collective vision on current and future event experiences while adhering to existing brand guidelines while strategizing expansion of Events design system for the future. Enhance the overall aesthetics and experience of our event portfolio by developing comprehensive guidelines and toolkits. Oversee agency partners by offering constructive feedback and strategic guidance. More About You You bring to the table 8-10 years of professional experience, demonstrating ambitious design skills, conceptual problems solving capabilities, and expertise in design systems thinking with a particular focus on guideline documentation. Display a profound understanding of design principles, processes, and the strategic thinking underlying them. You are innately curious—not content to simply be told what to do, you actively pursue knowledge, ask thoughtful questions, and dig deeper to understand the “why” behind every project. Your inquisitive mindset fuels ideation, drives innovation, and helps shape richer, more impactful event experiences. You excel at creating comprehensive end-to-end event experiences, whether in-person or virtual, by leveraging strategic thinking, innovative design, and compelling visual narratives. Thrive in fast-paced environments by adapting quickly to changing deadlines and shifting priorities. Exhibit outstanding communication skills by confidently presenting your work, while also providing a clear rationale for creative decisions. Additionally, effectively communicate and identify the scope, status, and risks involved in the project. Expert level within Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Keynote and seeks to stay aware of new trends and technology. Demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of print specifications and requirements for interpreting elevations pertaining to booth and signage needs, while producing print/digital production-ready deliverables. Possess not only a passion for design but also collaboration while closely partnering with stakeholders. Showcase true teamwork mentality that embraces a growth mindset by seeking feedback and critique to continuously improve the quality of work while also giving constructive feedback and mentorship to more junior members on the team.
