As part of its communication efforts, IRC seeks to engage a professional graphic design consultant to develop high-quality visual materials, including a general factsheet, a department cape statement, and specific donor factsheets. These materials will be used to support fundraising, advocacy, and public engagement efforts.
Scope of work
The consultant will be responsible for
Graphic design for all types of communications material such as print publications, infographics, factsheets, brochures, banners, flyers, posters, resource booklets and presentations, among others.Creating capacity statements for women's protection and empowerment, Education, Child protection, health, economic recovery and development, environmental health and emergency rapid response departments. Layout design and typesetting for electronic and printed publications Interactive graphics (Animation), PowerPoint presentations and graphics for videos. Layout and design of communications materials for events and workshops (including booklets, invitation cards, banners, posters, infographics, etc) Create social media-friendly graphicsMaking necessary revisions based on IRC feedback.Providing the final designs in digital-friendly formats alongside access to the original platform.Deliverables:

The consultancy will last until September 30, 2025, from the contract start date. The consultant is expected to work closely with IRC staff and deliver materials in accordance with the agreed timeline.
Payment Terms
Payment will be provided monthly depending on the completion of half of the deliverables listed. The first payment will be provided when deliverables listed from A to C on the TOR are completed and the remaining will be given up on completion of the delivery form D to H is completed. 40% of the payment will be made for the first phase and the remining 60% payment will be provided up on completion of the overall task including the second phase of deliverables. Minimum Qualifications:Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in developing fact sheets and reports for NGOs or humanitarian organizations.Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work in similar projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent.Proficiency in Microsoft outlook.Proficiency in English.Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and incorporate feedback effectively.
