Job Description
We are looking for a junior to mid-level Graphic Designer (3-5 years of experience) eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Graphic Designer will apply art, design, and layout skills to create visually engaging materials, including logos, promotional and branding assets, communication media, and digital/print materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure brand consistency across all materials, following design best practices. Design graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, carousels, stories, and banners. Create digital assets for email marketing, websites, podcasts, ads, presentations, social content, and events. Develop infographics, reports, and other visual storytelling materials. Prepare print orders, maintain organized design files, and ensure smooth production processes. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce high-impact visuals. Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh ideas to campaigns. Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality work. Occasionally edit videos to enhance advertising campaigns (a plus). Revise projects based on feedback from the team and collaborate on complex designs as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required (major or significant coursework in Graphic Design or related fields preferred). 3-5 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team. Strong portfolio of illustrations, branding, or other graphic work.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and digital design best practices. Experience designing for web and social platforms. Ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling assets. Bonus: Motion design or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro).Soft Skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish. Strong collaboration skills and a team-player mindset.
